Mount St Anne’s in collaboration with Trócaire

Join us for a 6-week online course exploring Pope Francis’ encyclical Laudato Si’ on Care for our Common Home. This ground-breaking document offers a blueprint for faith communities to address the environmental crisis our world is currently facing.

Jane Mellett from Trócaire will guide us in prayer, reflection and suggestions for action.

Facilitated by Jane Mellett

Cost: No charge but donations welcome

Jane Mellett is the Laudato Si’ Officer with Trócaire and also works on behalf of the Laudato Si’ Movement (LSM) in Ireland.  Jane has worked in pastoral ministry for many years before embarking on the Climate Pilgrimage in 2018, a journey which involved walking 1.000 km to the UN Climate Conference (COP24) in Poland, carrying the message of Laudato St’ along the way.  Since then, Jane has dedicated her time to sharing the wisdom of Laudato Si’ with faith communities across Ireland and is specifically interested in the role of the faith community in addressing the environmental crises our world is facing.
