Ageing with Grace is a retreat day for people of any age committed to maturing wisely, living life to the full, accepting themselves as they are and cultivating light hearts, joyful spirits and peaceful minds, no matter what!
Registration at 9.30am with Tea/Coffee

More recently Maria has been offering retreats, pastoral accompaniment and soul purpose guiding to a wide range of individuals and organisations both nationally and internationally.
