A Day of Meditation

 Come along and enjoy a day of quiet time in a relaxed setting ....... Meditation is the practice of relaxing your body and calming your mind, giving you space for yourself away from everyday worries and anxieties.  It can be an effective form of stress reduction and has the potential to improve your quality of life.

 Time:  10am - 4pm

Cost:  €25 (please bring packed Lunch)  Tea/Coffee provided.
