We live on an unseen threshold, a fragile vulnerable experience yet a time which calls the heart to deep listening and  prayer .

During this retreat we journey to the well of our own hearts and through music, scripture, reflection and prayer, rest assured of the gift of new birth  and hope in our lives .

Our world has changed utterly and we listen in the silence for the light that guides us forward.
