Extension & Refurbishment
The Nagle RoomOur Retreat & Conference Centre is undergoing a major extension and refurbishment but still remains open for business. During the reconstruction much of the building, including the chapel, will be inaccessible.
 
However, a large temporary building has been put in place to ensure that business continues as usual. This tempory structure houses two meeting rooms, a reception/office space, a large dining space and a bookshop/giftshop. The two large meeting rooms have been named the Nagle Room and the Mullally Room.

The kitchens are closed for the duration of the refurbishment and meals will be supplied by outside caterers - John & Martha Davies, managers of the Courtfields Restaurant at Portarlington Golf Club - who have maintained the very high quality always associated with Mount St. Anne's.

As the refurbishment interferes with the normal guest accommodation, Mount St. Anne’s will not be in a position to offer full Residential Accommodation for Retreats or other groups for approximately 18 months.

However we remain open for School Retreats, Planning Groups, or any other Day Events that require only the use of day-time facilities.
 
When completed, Mount St. Anne's will be able to cater for conferences of up to 150 and will have modern, en-suite accommodation for overnight guests. While no building looks its best when undergoing construction and refurbishment, the temporary facilities are of a very high standard and offer a warm, comfortable environment to all.
